What Is This Feature?

Using voice commands, you can have EVA create a task in Zapier to help you remember important action items and follow ups from your meeting. 

Availability:

Zapier is a Premium workflow integration, and is available for Voicea Premium or Teams customers.

How To Use It

To setup your Zapier integration, you will first need to get a unique email address from Zapier. Find instructions on where to find your unique email address here (steps outlined below). 

Once your integration has been setup, say "OK EVA, create a task" during your meeting and EVA will create a task in Zapier. 

  1. From the main dashboard page, click "Make a Zap" in the top right
  2. Name your Zap + Choose a Trigger App (search for "Email by Zapier")
  3. Select "New Inbound Email" and press "Save + Continue"
  4. Set up a custom email address + copy to clipboard. You'll paste this custom email in the Voicea platform.
  5. Paste your custom Zapier email in the email field on the Zapier Integrations page in the Voicea UI
  6. either send a sample Zap or press "Skip this Step"
  7. Next you'll need to add an "Action Step" or where you want to push your highlights - you can choose from any of Zapier's integrated apps!
