EVA is designed to easily join meetings. As long as you have a registered account, you can invite EVA in two ways:
1) Linking your Calendar (for G-Suite and Office 365)
If you use G-Suite or Office 365 to manage your work calendar, linking your work calendar with your Voicea account is the easiest way to add EVA to meetings.
Once your calendar is linked, EVA will automatically see new meetings as they are added to your calendar and will auto join any meeting you own based on your auto-join settings. Learn more about how to manage your auto-join settings here.
You can easily add or remove EVA from specific meetings (or meeting series) from the Upcoming page by sliding the green toggle off.
2) Manually (from your work calendar or conference provider):
You can add EVA to any meeting (or meeting series) by adding [email protected] to your calendar invitation just like any other attendee. The calendar invitation must be sent from the email address you have associated with your Voicea account.
Or, if your conference provider allows you to invite participants directly from their interface, you can add EVA to any meeting (or meeting series) by adding [email protected] to the invitation that gets set up within their interface. The email address associated with your conference provider account must match the email address you have associated with your Voicea account.
