What Is This Feature?
This is a new way to work with your meeting notes in the Voicea platform. Now you have more control over the curation of the exact notes you want to share with your extended team.
Quickly build meeting summaries you can share with your team or push into integration workflow tools by dragging key highlights, voice commands, taps and comments onto the notes panel from the past meeting page and editing them to be exactly what you want. By default, highlights created from voice commands, taps and comments will be included in your meeting notes. Simply drag highlights or comments to add to your meeting summary.
How To Use It:
Build your custom meeting summary from the Edit and Share tab of any past meetings page.
By default, highlights created from voice commands, taps and comments will be included in your meeting notes. Curate your meeting summary further by dragging additional highlights and comments from the right.
Once you’ve finished building your meeting summary, review the notes and edit as you see fit with personal comments or refinements of the machine-driven transcripts. Once completed, share it with your team via email or any of your integrated workflow tools.
