Voicea works with almost all of your preferred conference providers.  Specifically with Microsoft's Skype, we support Skype for Business.

Features Of Skype For Business

Skype for Business encompasses all the same features as basic Skype: IM, voice, video,  screen sharing on all your devices, plus a number of additional meeting options and controls that consumer Skype does not. Skype for Business gives you enterprise-grade security, allows you to manage employee accounts, and is integrated into your Office apps for easy meeting setup. Also, Skype for Business has real-time availability that’s integrated with your calendar which means your Outlook calendar will automatically update your Skype for Business presence, showing co-workers when you’re available for calls or IMs and when you’re not.

Ensuring Your Skype for Business Account is Setup to Allow EVA to Join

If you find that EVA is having trouble joining your Skype for Business call, check the External Access settings in Skype (you must have Admin access in order to view and/or edit).

If the External access settings are set to off, EVA will be unable to join your call. These settings are found under Org-wide settings here.

There are two ways to resolve: 

1 Enable External Access Specifically for Voicea 

Add voicea.onmicrosoft.com under “blocked or allowed domains”, status = allowed

2. Turn On External Access for Users Outside your Organization
(note: enabling this will allow all outside organizations to join your calls, except for blocked domains)
