EVA may make mistakes from time to time - especially when there is a lot of background noise. If it is hard for you to hear, it is probably hard for EVA to hear as well. When EVA makes a mistake, our models are trained to catch them and improve over time. Here are some tips to improve outcomes in noisy conditions.
Recognition Mistakes: In noisy environments, EVA might not hear the commands you give. If this happens, simply restate the command: “Okay EVA”. If you have questions about the commands, you can read more here:
Responses When You Didn’t Give A Command: In rare occasions, EVA also sometimes thinks you gave a command when you didn’t. In that case, you can either ignore the chime, or simply say “Thanks EVA” to end the command. Our models take this into consideration and improve with each use and improve over time.
